  1. Hey Richie, I actually haven't checked my blog for a while and haven't posted for a while obviously either, but things are still going well for me. I'm actually at about the same weight as I was before, I fluctuate between about 178-182 right now depending on the day. The last few weeks my eating has been really lousy though, so starting tomorrow I'm gonna get that back on track.

    I'm a lot skinnier than I was, but still need to lose some of my belly, so I'm committing myself to 30 days of working out hard and "eating clean" as I like to call it :)

    Love your guts, and congrats on getting off the gravy train ;)
